Sodium Polyacrylate Dispersant for Oilfield Reinjection Water, Industrial Anti-Scale and Viscosity-R

The reinjection water of oilfield formations contains large amounts of calcium, magnesium, barium and strontium ions, which easily cause scaling blockage on formations, pipelines and filters and reduce crude oil recovery efficiency. Industrial-grade sodium polyacrylate from Kairui serves as a special anti-scale dispersing additive for oilfield reinjection water. It disperses scale-forming ions to restrain the crystal growth of barium sulfate and calcium carbonate, while lowering the viscosity of reinjection water to improve fluid mobility and reduce pipeline silting. It resists high-mineralization water quality, and its scale inhibition effect doubles when compounded with organic phosphines such as BHMTPMPA and DTPMPA. It features good compatibility and no adverse reactions with oilfield bactericides. Suitable for reinjection water treatment of onshore oilfields and offshore platforms, it is packed in 250kg drums and 1000kg IBC tanks for long-distance transportation, with fast full-truck delivery in oilfield regions.
